General conditions

- Up to 14 days prior to the reservation, it is possible to move the reservation to another date in the same year, free of charge. The amount paid remains usable and is not refundable.

- Increasing the number of persons is in principle possible until the day itself. However, this is subject to availability. The extra persons can be paid on the day itself with pin or credit card at the location.

- Changes can only be made in consultation. The financial consequences will be charged.

- Refunds for guests who are ill on the day of the arrangement are not possible.

- Participation in the arrangements is at your own risk. The contractor accepts no liability for damages resulting from accident, loss or theft caused to participants during the arrangements.

- Zwarte Zwaan Events cannot accept any liability for damage or injury caused to participants of a package organized by Zwarte Zwaan Events, regardless of the cause of such damage or injury. Neither is it liable for loss of property (money included).

- In case Zwarte Zwaan Events, as a result of force majeure (in the broadest sense of the word), cannot fulfill all or part of her obligations, Zwarte Zwaan Events will, despite the situation, do everything in her power to make it a successful event. If extra costs will be made, this will be settled in the final calculation.

- If a guest arrives late on the day of the package, there may be consequences; parts of the program may be cancelled. Monies paid for cancelled program components will not be refunded to the guest.

- The house rules must be followed by every guest. Failure to do so may result in Black Swan Events terminating or modifying the event early. Each guest must leave the venue at the first request of staff. If the event is terminated or modified early, there will be no reimbursement. The agreed upon package price will be.
