We are committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible. Instructions from our staff are directed to this end.

Legitimation
Under the Minors Act, we are not allowed to serve alcohol to young people under the age of 18. In order to comply with this legislation, we may ask for your identification.

Smoke-free
Our company is smoke-free as required by law. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.

Drugs
It is in no way permitted to use, deal or carry drugs on our premises.

Aggression
Any form of aggression is prohibited.

Unwanted harassment, discrimination, racism
You may not engage in these topics within our location.

Decorations
Decorations (garlands, balloons) are allowed only by agreement. The use of confetti etc. is not permitted.

Property
It is prohibited at all times to damage or steal property belonging to us and other guests. Upon discovery of larceny or damage, we will recover the cost from you.

Violation of our house rules
If you violate or fail to comply with our house rules, we may require you to leave the venue. If the event is terminated or modified early, there will be no refund. The agreed upon package price will be applied. We are entitled to charge costs to the guest in case of damage.
