Everything ran like clockwork, the activities were great and especially thanks to your enthusiasm (and humor!)! We went back over the Moerdijk bridge with a smile from ear to ear J A big thank you from all of us!
Dear contributors, Yesterday I celebrated my 80th birthday with 17 more family members on the Zwarte Zwaan. The package included a tour with the Splashbus and a visit Euromast. Everything was taken care of to perfection under the supervision of Desi. Friendly hostess and very involved in our wishes with a lot of interest to make us feel comfortable. All went very well Desi. One more comment: tickets for the Euromast also arrange in advance so that they are present at the Black Swan. Now it was TOP but then it would have been TOP. All my guests were, like me, very satisfied! Best regards and thanks to everyone, also on behalf of my wife, for your efforts.
Every year the staff association of Rotterdam Ahoy organizes an outing. This year we wanted to stay in Rotterdam and were looking for an organization that could put together a fun, varied program. Because we already knew Esther Schoutrop from our network, contact was quickly made. Ahoy has a diverse workforce, of all ages. Zwarte Zwaan Events took this into account very well and created a program for everyone. We ended the day with the Pancake Boat. What was very nice was that on the day itself, the organization was completely in the hands of Esther and her team. She was flexible with small adjustments and the whole day went smoothly. We look back on a successful day!
How enthusiastic everyone was, really super fun! The splash tour was a great success, from the moment everyone had seen this bus in the morning they were already asking if we were going to do that too, because they thought it would be so much fun! Personally, I thought Roel Pot was great, how wonderful to hear him talk. Then we sat on the terrace at "Ech Wel" for a while with plenty of drinks and delicious snacks. Afterwards we had a delicious meal and sat down, unfortunately we had no time for dessert because the bus really had to leave at 7:30 p.m., but by now everyone was full. I have been asked several times how I had thought of it all, but I honestly said that you deserve the credit for organizing it so well. So thank you very much for this top day, on behalf of my colleagues and myself. I will definitely recommend you guys when someone needs to organize a staff day. Our staff and we had a great time! And who knows, see you soon.
For a client of ours we organized a 2-day outing using the services of Black Swan Events. The whole process went super, fast and clear response. We placed a booking for the segwaytour and splastour. Unfortunately it was too bad weather for the segway tour. Black Swan Events informed us on time about the bad weather and offered us a super alternative. Really my compliments for this. Dear Staff of Black Swan Events, Mazars wanted a staff outing with about 40 colleagues with something "Rotterdam" in it. I asked Esther of The Black Swan if she could put something together. That turned out to be a bull's eye because it was 100% Rotterdam. Everything was arranged to perfection. So everything was arranged perfectly, from the coffee and apple pie on the boat opposite the Euromast, the Splashtour by bus/boat with a real Rotterdam sailor (a connoisseur - female), then mini-golf in the park (they even took care of good weather). Finally, the barbecue with, during the breaks, a Rotterdam language course by Roel Pot, which was particularly instructive for the colleagues from outside the immediate Rotterdam area. Nothing negative you might think, unfortunately not all terrace heaters were 100% in order, but that was the only negative point. A 100% recommendation for a fun and affordable outing. Thanks
